We do our very best to ship orders as safely & fast as we can! Most orders ship the next day after you order (sometimes the same day if we can). We do our very best to package items for shipping in a manner that will protect the contents..We understand just how important it is that your items are delivered quickly and protected well along their journey. Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.

Free Shipping Promotional Offers

Like our customers, we are fans of free shipping promotions. Unfortunately, however, any free shipping offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a Canadian destination via Canada Post Ground. We also regret that Free Shipping does not apply to oversized packages. Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders containing oversized products at the time of processing.

International Shipping Methods and Customs Details

Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside Canada are often subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country. Magic Pony is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, we encourage customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Magic Pony cannot reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. Please remember that Shipping may take a little longer if you are shipping to a location outside Canada.

We use UPS and Canada Post to ship orders. Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
