How Do I Place An Order?

When you see an item you like, click on "Add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Submit Order" to finish.

We ship to just about anywhere! Everything is handpicked and ships from Toronto, Canada.

How much will shipping to my address cost?

We offer an online shipping calculator built into our shopping cart, so with just a little tiny bit of work on your part you can get a shipping quote for anywhere in the world. First, put the items you want in your cart. Then click the "View Cart" button. At the bottom of that page click "Estimate Shipping" and enter your information for a variety of shipping quotes.

Will I Be Charged Tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to all provinces in Canada. The tax rate applied to your order will be the standard tax charged for your province. Orders outside of Canada will not be charged tax, however they may be subject to your country's duty or taxes when crossing the border.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking on "Order Status" in the top navigation bar. You can then choose to either sign in and view your entire order history, or search for a specific order by entering the "Order Number" and "Zip Code" in the designated fields.

Once you've found your order, click on the order number to view the details. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. If you have not created an account, you may call 416-861-1684 11am-6pm Mon - Fri EST to inquire about the status of your order with our Customer Service Department.

Cancellation Policy

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Magic Pony Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.

What's a blind box? What is random assortment?

A blind box is similar to a collectable card series (think of packs of Hockey cards or Magic Cards). It's a toy that comes in a mystery package that makes identifying the specific figure inside impossible. When you order a blind box you will receive a single figure in a sealed package. Random assortment means that there are lot of different choices, but you don't get to choose, it's up to luck as each box is randomly chosen. Quite often, manufacturers add secret figures and variants not shown on the box. Some series even feature "Golden Tickets' in which the lucky customer could win original art or a limited edition figure.
