Magic Pony respects your privacy. We value the trust you place in us when you choose to shop on our site. The highest measures are taken to ensure your personal information remains private. The only time you will be asked to give detailed personal information is at the time of purchase. It is important for us to have sufficient billing and shipping data to ensure your transaction is safe and efficient. Magic Pony does not share your personal information with any outside sources. Your IP address is used to identify you and your shopping cart.

We believe that it is your right to remain anonymous online. This is why Magic Pony does not use cookies. Signing up for the Magic Pony newsletter is voluntary. You only need to provide an e-mail address to join. Any other details you choose to share with us are gathered solely to build a stronger customer relationship.

Magic Pony has taken the highest level of care to ensure that your payment information will remain safe and secure. Magic Pony is protected by VeriSign. This means that your ordering information is kept safe with Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") encryption technology. SSL technology prevents your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet to our server.

SHIPPING
Magic Pony offers several shipping options. At the time of purchase you will be asked to choose the shipping method that is best for you. Options vary from express to economical. Once selected, the shipping cost will be added to your purchase. After completing your order, a conformation e-mail will be sent to you. All confirmed orders ship within 48 hours.

Magic Pony ships products through UPS and Canada Post. We offer several different methods of shipping to fit your shopping needs. All UPS packages are registered with tracking numbers and guaranteed to arrive in your mailbox within the estimated time of delivery.  

RETURN POLICY
The majority of our stock has been imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. Due to these factors, all Magic Pony sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. You may find your product has slight variations. These are expected with any art piece and add to the originality of your figure.
