Barbapapa is the title character of a popular children's book and animated TV show, created in France in the 1970's. Barbapapa himself is a pink blob-like shapeshifting creature who stumbles upon the human world and tries to fit in. The shapeshifting is usually accompanied by the saying "Clickety Click—Barba Trick" Barbapapa goes on to meet Barbamama, and they have a family of seven children, each a different colour.
