Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. **Please be aware any orders placed on or after a release date will be delayed and may incur up to 48 hours of additional processing time. 

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please consider order processing time when selecting a shipping method. We use FedEx and UPS to ship orders. Packages shipped using FedEx and UPS are trackable and insured.

Returns & Replacements
Magic Pony wants you to love your stuff! If you bought a product online that wasn’t what you expected, you have 15 days since date of delivery to either exchange it or receive a store credit for the total amount paid discounting shipping costs (shipping costs are non-refundable). The product must be in its original condition. We do not offer refunds but we will try our best to exchange it with something else that you like. Magic Pony will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from any other stores. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

When you see an item you like, click on the "Add to Cart" icon and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click the “Cart” icon, located at the top of the screen. Click "View All" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Proceed to Checkout" to finish. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, our shipping dept is unable to modify it.
