Stephen Crowhurst also known as FTD or Free The Department is a Canadian Artist/Art Director/ Designer/Illustrator, currently residing in Toronto. Stephen was educated at the Ontario College of Art and Design, with a major in Experimental Painting. His work has been exhibited in Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Paris, Spain, Tel Aviv, and the United States. To this day art is a fundamental foundation to his design and illustration practice.
FTD work has been published in books and magazines internationally including Creative Base (UK), ROJO (Spain), ZOO (UK), Ubersee (Germany), Los Logos (Germany), Two Points (Germany), Lodown (UK), and IDN (HK).
